VIP Membership Policy & Terms
We appreciate your commitment to self-care and are excited to offer you exclusive benefits through our VIP membership. Please review the following terms to ensure you get the most out of your membership.

Service Terms
• All services are performed in-office and require an appointment.
• Treatments do not roll over or accumulate.
• If you no-show your complimentary monthly treatment, it will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or redeemed.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or membership at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to update our membership terms, discounts, and pricing at any time.

Cancellation & Membership Terms
• Membership requires a 12-month commitment and will automatically renew unless canceled.
• If canceled before the 1-year term, the remaining balance will be charged (up to a maximum of $1070).
• To cancel, a written notice is required at least 60 days in advance
• Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• A credit card must be kept on file for membership payments.
• Membership fees cannot be paid with gift cards, skin bucks, or certificates.

Additional Policies
• Members must acknowledge and follow our No-Show Policy.
• Some treatments (e.g., laser services) may require a complimentary consultation before scheduling.
• Membership must be active to access benefits
• Discounts apply only to regular-priced services.
• Pricing is subject to change, and VIP members will be notified of any adjustments.
